AppFolio Status Page - Notice history

We are currently experiencing a system issue that may cause loading delays for some AppFolio users. Our team is working diligently to resolve the issue and restore full functionality as soon as possible. Updates will be provided on this page.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting PDF document generation across the platform. Customers may experience failures when generating lease templates and renewal forms, where tenant, property, or other data fails to auto-populate, resulting in blank or incomplete fields. Additionally, PDF form merge fields may fail to autofill, disappear unexpectedly, or clear pre-filled fields.

We are currently investigating an incident impacting Resident Forms and Lease documents. Documents may fail to generate, display an error message, or display a black screen when attempting to load the page.

While we do not yet have a resolution timeline, our team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will provide updates here as they become available.

Our partner has identified an issue causing the AppFolio Virtual Assistant to intermittently fail. We have implemented a fix and are monitoring for full recovery.

Users who integrated their Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail, etc.) are currently unable to send emails successfully through our application

We are currently addressing an issue affecting the "Forgot Password" link on the AppFolio Property Manager and Resident Online Portal login screens. This feature is temporarily disabled while our engineering team works on a fix.

Temporary Workarounds:

• Resident Passwords: A Property Manager can log into APM, navigate to the respective occupancy page, and click Reset Password.

• APM Staff/User Passwords: An Admin or President can navigate to the Manage Users screen and click Reset Password next to the user. The user will receive an email with a link to complete the reset.

Our partner is currently experiencing an issue with Two Factor Authentication (2FA) code delivery when using voice code delivery. In the interim, we recommend using text (SMS) as the delivery method for these codes.

While we do not yet have an estimated resolution timeline, rest assured that our team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will provide updates on this page as they become available.

We are currently experiencing an issue intermittently impacting the ability to send and receive messages in the Virtual Assistant and AppFolio Support window. You may experience issues submitting support requests, or a delay in responses from the Customer Care team.
